Here is my problem: I have purchased a condo with hardwood floors. I don’t like the dark brown color of the hardwood floors. What would be cheaper. Sand off the dark color and refinish with a more traditional light brown or simply cover with a floating floor?

me and my guys do it much better. sanding and installation. blend the stain color 100% as well regardless of how old the previous floor was.

Right to left with this machine is preferred.
